The most scientifically validated approach to learning mindfulness is an eight week course, run with one class per week. Our eight week online course offers the benefits of learning the core elements of practising mindfulness, without having to travel to a class! (oh, and there’s no need to be able to sit in the lotus or any other peculiar position either!)
Run in small groups (or one to one), Core Mindfulness @ Work Online runs across eight weeks in sessions lasting an hour, to explain what mindfulness, how it can benefit us, and most importantly, help attendees develop their own mindfulness practice. The benefits have been demonstrated empirically many times, and include building resilience, enhancing well-being, and improving focus and clarity at work.
